Dual Tread Compound (DTC)
The original dual tread rubber compound for Kenda. A hard long lasting and fast rolling rubber (60sA) comprises the center of the tread area, while a softer-tackier should rubber (50sA) completes this binary compound for the versatility of speed and grip off road. Found typically on cross country, all-mountain and cyclocross tires. -
GCT (GCT)
The same material as used in SCT casings is laid from bead to bead for protection from punctures, cuts and abrasions. Optimized for tubeless installation. -
CX-DTC (CX-DTC)
The CX-DTC compound blends two of Kenda’s best performing offroad compounds for an superior performance that is suitable for the most aggressive of cyclocross courses. Stick-E (50sA) compound down the center, RSR (42sA) compound across the transition and shoulder knobs. -
Light Mud (LM)
Best for use in light mud.
