Kenda Shines at first Crankworx! 🎉

The 2025 racing season is officially underway, and Kenda athletes are already making waves on the world stage! From high-speed descents at Crankworx Rotorua to grueling endurance battles on the XC circuit, our riders are proving that Kenda tires win podiums.

 The first stop of the Crankworx World Tour saw Ryan Gilchrist waste no time defending his King of Crankworx title. Ryan came out firing, taking first place in AirDH and Dual Slalom, followed by podium finishes in Downhill and Pump Track. His dominance on the track is setting the stage for another incredible season.

Jordy Scott was right behind, showing her consistency and speed to secure second place overall in the Queen of Crankworx rankings. Her all-around strength across multiple disciplines is making her a force to watch in 2025. 

Newcomer Shealen Reno made a big statement in Slopestyle, taking 4th place and proving she’s a rising star in the freeride scene. With this strong start, expect to see her pushing the limits in upcoming competitions!

 

Hannah Otto Shines at Mediterranean Epic
 
On the lycra and endurance side of mountain biking, Hannah Otto showed her relentless strength, taking 4th place at the Mediterranean Epic stage race. Battling through four days of intense racing against some of the world’s best, Hannah’s performance on Kenda Rush tires showcased the power of precision grip and speed in long-distance mountain bike racing.
