Kenda Riders Shred the Mountain – Crankworx Whistler 2025

Crankworx Whistler is the most electrifying mountain-bike fest on the planet—and our Kenda riders didn’t just compete… they crushed it.

Ryan Gilchrist of the Yeti-Shimano team showed once again why he’s the one to beat, locking in the King of Crankworx title for the second year in a row on his Kenda tires. Not to be outdone, Jordy Scott leveled up big time—after taking second overall last year, she came back stronger than ever to claim the Queen of Crankworx crown in 2025. 👑👑

The next generation kept the fire burning too: Tegan Cruz powered his way to second overall at Crankworx and took the Downhill Series title, proving the future is bright. And a big shoutout to Shealen Reno, who threw down in Whistler’s legendary Joyride to grab a podium with a huge third place finish!

King of Crankworx: Ryan Gilchrist

Ryan Gilchrist wasn't just solid—he defended his crown with style. Despite battling wrist issues, he powered through and clinched the King of Crankworx title again, thanks to an insane season filled with five golds and eight podiums Yeti CyclesFlow Mountain Bike. Highlights at Whistler alone? A silver in the grueling Canadian Open DH (vertical marathon), dominance in the Pump Track events to seal the deal, and a consistent season that ensured he took home the crown Yeti Cycles Crankworx.

Tegan Cruz: Dual Threat

Tegan Cruz was absolutely on fire. Plus, his consistent performance landed him second overall in the King of Crankworx standings Crankworx.

Shealen Reno: Joyride Podium Power
